CBRE Acquires Charlotte Ave. Site

Sondra Wenger, a CA South Board of Advisory member, is spearheading a project on Charlotte Ave, that has an immediate positive impact to the surrounding community.

Sylvan Supply, a renovated office, retail and dining development in West Nashville, now belongs to a global investment firm. 1

As featured in, the development includes 35,650 square feet of commercial space.  The eight-building complex offers 158,000 square feet of office space and notable tenants, including Accenture, Bricktop’s Restaurant Group, real estate firm Keller Williams and W&A Engineering. 1

This development sold for $87.9M, which adds to Ms. Wenger’s already impressive accomplishments with over $9.4B transactions in over 35 cities. Her experience includes an array of transactions including equity and debt positions in stabilized, value-add, opportunistic, infrastructure and opportunity zone investments in office buildings, retail, apartments, condominiums, industrial, data centers, cold storage, hotels and mixed-use assets through direct and joint venture investments. 1
