T.J. Clark is the Co-Founder & CEO of Librari, an AI-driven contract management solution for business. He also serves on the board of CA South Development and actively contributes to various mentorship and non-profit initiatives, including Capital Factory, the University of Texas’ Longhorn Startup, UCLA School of Medicine’s Global Health Program, and the University of Notre Dame’s Idea Center.
Previously, T.J. served as Chief Commercial Officer of Vacasa (Nasdaq: VCSA) until 2024, following Vacasa’s acquisition of TurnKey Vacation Rentals, a company he co-founded in 2012.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Limos.com, IAC/InterActiveCorp, and Hotwire.com. T.J. began his professional journey as a trial attorney in Chicago. T.J. earned his JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and his Bachelor of Science from the University of Notre Dame, where he was also a member of the NCAA swimming team. He resides in Austin, Texas, with his wife Alicia and their two teenagers, Paulina and Tommy.
