Mr. Burnham has more than 20 years of experience in the multifamily investment and development sector and has been involved in the acquisition, development, management, and disposition of more than 20,000 housing units in Florida.
Prior to the formation of CC Residential, Mr. Burnham worked on numerous private real estate investments and developments in Southeast Florida, and until 2001 held various asset management and development positions with JPI. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arkansas Tech University and a MBA from the University of Arkansas.
An active leader in the real estate industry, Mr. Burnham is involved in several associations and boards, including ULI and the South East Florida Apartment Association (SEEFA).He is active in community affairs and has received numerous honors in his career, including JPI Developer of the Year, National Business School Merit Award, and National Scholar Athlete.
