Jennifer L. Pennell was born and raised in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Slippery Rock University, and her Juris Doctor degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Kentucky. Approximately 20 out of her 27 years of practicing law have been in the real estate/title industry. She was in house counsel for a title company in Kentucky for several years before moving to Tennessee where she has been serving as in house counsel and office manager for a title company in Franklin. She was introduced to Megan and Stephen Epstein through her work at that title company, and has come to work with CA South to bring her years of experience in the title industry to supplement the knowledge and experience of the development side of the industry.
