CA South is excited to welcome Ean Weaver as Director of Capital Markets to help expand the acquisitions team’s efforts throughout the South East.
Ean is new to the Nashville area coming from Montana, where he served as Financial Analyst with Lone Mountain Land Company, a subsidiary of CrossHarbor Capital Partners, A leading national private equity firm. There he assisted in the underwriting and asset management duties across a diverse real estate portfolio in Southwest Montana. Prior to Lone Mountain Land Company, Ean served as Financial Analyst for Discovery Land Company, a premier global ultra-luxury real estate developer.
A Montana native, Ean attended Montana State University and enjoys skiing, fishing, and all things outdoors.
