Jefferson Street is rich in music and cultural history with proximity to Fisk University, Meharry Medical College, and Nashville’s central business district. We plan to bring an elevated and progressive affordable-based housing experience to North Nashville, inspiring revitalization and community living. We envision this opportunity zone site to hold 2,400 SF of retail space and 23 residential units, all embracing our modern and open design aesthetic. Our hope is to bring local retail to this project, bringing new life to this historic area with this four-story build.
