CA South is partnering with Dan Maddox who recently completed a restoration and adaptive reuse of the historic Harvey’s Department store building at the corner of 6th and Church. The new building is called The Maddox Hotel and, as a hybrid between a traditional AirBNB property and hotel, is one of the top grossing adaptive reuse hospitality properties in downtown Nashville per square foot. Dan partnered with Tony Giarratana to complete The Maddox and have been open since May of 2022.
The Maddox family is no stranger to downtown development as they have been involved since the 1960’s in various projects throughout Nashville.
